designer camille chandèze longuépée created a wonderful brand all around the world of children.  she created not only beautiful but also very comfortable clothing with a focus on the taste and movements of children, on natural materials and rich and intense colours. we especially love that all the pieces can be combined with each other, making every collection a wonderful capsule collection. behind the brand is a wonderful story that started with an elderly lady who wanted to knit a cardigan for camilles newborn son armel. she was searching for this different stitch, but couldn't find it, nor remember the name. so she named the stitch the "armel" stitch. years later, this very special cardigan, named after the designers son armel, became the first piece of le petit germains very first collection and is still the centerpiece of each AW collection.
